New Delhi -To commemorate the unparalleled sacrifice of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji, the Ninth Guru of the Sikhs, and his three valiant disciples—Bhai Mati Das Ji, Bhai Sati Das Ji, and Bhai Dyal Ji—the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee is organizing a special Kirtan Samagam in New Delhi to mark the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of these icons of spiritual courage and resilience.*

Harmeet Singh Kalka informed that this Kirtan Samagam is a ceremonial observance, and inspiration for the present young generation. “It serves as a poignant reminder of the ultimate sacrifice made by these divine souls for the protection of righteousness, freedom of faith, and human dignity”, said S. Kalka.*
S. Harmeet Singh Kalka disclosed that this historic spiritual congregation will be held on July 27 at Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, New Delhi. The Kirtan samagam will take place in the Bhai Lakhi Shah Vanjara Hall with signing of sacred hymns and giving messages of martyrdom and the spiritual legacy of the Gurus.
The Samagam, is being organized in association with the Women Satsang Societies of Delhi, will witness participation from renowned Dhadi Jathas and accomplished female kirtan Jaathas. Among the prominent names are Bibi Sarabjit Kaur Mangewale, Bibi Rajvinder Kaur Batala, Bibi Manpreet Kaur from Bareilly, Professor Manjeet Kaur and Shaheed Missionary College, Amritsar. 350 women representing various women’s Kirtan Satsang groups across Delhi will also participate in Gurmat Kirtan, offering collective tribute through the divine verses of Gurbani.
