The government's aim is to ensure that the benefits of its schemes reach every needy citizen, CM

Chandigarh - Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that complaints received on CM Window and Jan Samwad should be addressed promptly so that the people of the state can be facilitated. The aim of the state government is to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach every needy person, and keeping this in mind, efforts should be made to implement the schemes in a timely manner.

The Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal gave these directions while chairing a meeting of Administrative Secretaries here today.

He said that complaints received under Jan Samwad and CM Window should reach the concerned departments, for which the Deputy Commissioner and SDM at the district level should also assess the complaints.

He said that proper collection of complaints should be done so that their resolution can be done promptly. An SOP should be prepared for monitoring and resolving these complaints. He said that we are reforming the departmental procedures to bring transparency in people's facilities and works, which will be a spectacle in the country. He also took information about the complaints received in various departments including Tourism, Town and Country Planning, and Environment, and directed that the complaints be resolved promptly.

The Chief Minister said that whatever subjects come under the purview of departments for formulating policies should be completed according to the criteria so that the public can benefit from it. Under the Chief Minister's announcement, whatever pending schemes are there, their obstacles should be removed and completed.

Chief Secretary, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal, Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. Rajesh Khullar, Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, Sh. Sudhir Rajpal, Additional Chief Secretary, Medical, Education and Research Department, Dr. Sumita Misra, Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department, Sh. Ankur Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, Sh. Anurag Rastogi, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. V. Umashankar, Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd., Dr. Amit Agrawal and administrative secretaries from other departments also remained present on this occasion.
