Chandigarh-Misl Satluj party President Sardar Ajaypal Singh Brar announced that a special discussion will be organised on October 27 at 11 a.m. at Kendri Sri Guru Singh Sabha, sector 28, Chandigarh, to mark the Parinirvan Diwas of Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram Ji. The event aims to draw inspiration from his political foresight, social thought and transformative ideology.
He said the central theme of the discussion would be ‘Become Rulers’, reflecting Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram Ji’s vision that disadvantaged and underprivileged sections of society must become aware of their rights and empower themselves politically. His ideology underscored the importance of social equality, self-respect and political participation, inspiring citizens to take charge of their own future.
Sardar Brar said the objective of the discussion was to examine Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram Ji’s ideas in the context of contemporary social and political realities and to promote constructive deliberations on crucial issues such as Punjab’s future, people’s rights and social justice, guided by his vision.
He observed that the life and struggle of Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram Ji conveyed a powerful message: social transformation requires not merely awareness, but also organised strength, ideological clarity and political consciousness.
Ajaypal Singh Brar added that, through this initiative, Misl Satluj seeks to encourage people to reflect on these principles and play a meaningful role in advancing the broader interests and welfare of society.
