Chandigarh-SAD President Sukhbir Singh Badal today addressed a meeting of the Sikh Student Federation led by senior leader S Gurcharan Singh Grewal today. He said the Sikh Student Federation had played an important role in Panthic politics by becoming the moral compass of the Panth. He urged all factions of the Federation to unite under the umbrella of the SAD in order to achieve all common goals effectively.
He said the Federation would be given due respect. Mr Gurcharan Singh Grewal said the Federation had always stood like a rock with the SAD whom he described as the representative body of the Panth. He disclosed that the Federation had formed new units across the State and would start a grass root movement to strengthen Panthic values. The Federation also honoured the SAD president with ‘kirpan’ and ‘siropa’ on the occasion.
