Sri Amritsar-Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargajj, officiating Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, today congratulated a Sikh youth, Arpandeep Singh, son of Yadwinder Singh from Kaithal district, who secured the first position in Haryana Board’s Class XII examinations with 99.4% marks.
Jathedar Gargajj expressed his happiness during a video call with Arpandeep Singh, praising him for maintaining his Sikh identity, which serves as an inspiration for other Sikh youth. He offered prayers for Arpandeep Singh’s continued success in life and wished that he continues to bring pride to his parents and the Sikh community.
He further informed Arpandeep Singh that he would be honoured with a Guru’s blessing siropa (robe of honour) upon his visit to Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib.
Jathedar Gargajj also encouraged the youth to stay connected with Gurbani and to work diligently in life. On this occasion, he also spoke with the Sikh youth’s father Yadwinder Singh and brother Akashdeep Singh, extending congratulations to them as well.
