Chandigarh - Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that every work being executed under Karnal Smart City is done in a fair and transparent manner. There is no corruption of any kind going on in these works. However, if any MLA gives a written complaint of any irregularity, the government will certainly examine, and if someone is found guilty, action will be taken against them, assured Sh. Manohar Lal while responding during the question hour in the ongoing budget session of the Vidhan Sabha here today.
The Chief Minister said that certain works are carried out under the Smart City project, and the allocated amount for these works is definite. Besides, all other works are carried out by the municipal corporation. Therefore, it is unethical for any member to allege that works under Smart City are not being carried out transparently.
