SGPC's Sri Guru Ramdas Charitable Hospital now accredited by NABH

After Sri Guru Ramdas Charitable Hospital, Amritsar under the management of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee got the accreditation by the National Accreditation Board of Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH), SGPC President Bibi Jagir Kaur expressed happiness and congratulated the hospital staff.

Bibi Jagir Kaur said that the accreditation by a national-level organisation has further enhanced the credibility and the commitment of the health services provided by the SGPC for the welfare of humanity.

"This will allow the staff of the organisation (SGPC) to perform their duties with more intensity and commitment", said Bibi Jagir Kaur.

Notably, Sri Guru Ramdas Charitable Hospital, Amritsar was accredited on Monday after an assessment by NABH. During the assessment by NABH, various aspects of hospital functioning, maintenance, patient' care, responsibility for treatment, cleanliness, and others were examined, as per required criteria.

Bibi Jagir Kaur said, "The staff of the organisation have made a significant contribution in achieving this prestigious recognition by diligently fulfilling their responsibilities. The medical, paramedical, security, and sanitation staff of the organisation have played an important role in this accreditation."

She said that the office-bearers and officials of SGPC and Sri Guru Ramdas University of Health Sciences (SGRUHS) have also made a special contribution.

SGPC President lauded the services of vice-chancellor of SGRUHS and Sri Guru Ramdas Charitable Hospital, director principal, secretary, additional secretary, medical superintendent, and other lower staff and hoped that they would continue to work for such achievements.
