1st meal - morning empty stomach eat 10 almonds and 2 glasses of water
2nd meal breakfast- eat dalia or sprouts (not to eat roti)
3rd meal lunch-eat 2 chappaties with any subji (yogut mainly)
4th meal evening snack-you can take tea with 4 dygestive biscults (not to eat maggi)
5th meal dinner - only 1 roti with subji
