AMRITSAR: Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee member Bibi Ranjit Kaur Mahilpur, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee {SGPC) President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami has expressed deep sorrow over the death o SGPC member Bibi Ranjit Kaur Mahilpur.
. He said that the responsibility of a member of the Shiromani Committee is to cooperate in the Gurdwara arrangements as well as to promote Sikhism within her constituency, which Bibi Ranjit Kaur Mahilpur performed diligently.
She organized a large Gurmat ceremony and Amrit Sanchaar in the constituency.
Advocate Dhami condoled with the family members of Bibi Mahilpur and termed her death as a loss to the family as well as to the cult.
Apart from Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, Senior Vice President of Shiromani Committee. Raghujit Singh Virak, General Secretary Jathedar Karnail Singh Panjoli and other office bearers also expressed grief over the death of Bibi Ranjit Kaur Mahilpur.
Meanwhile, a condolence meeting was held in the memory of Bibi Ranjit Kaur Mahilpur at the Teja Singh Samundari hall Hall located at the head office of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, in which the departed soul was paid homage by chanting the mool Mantara and Gur mantra.
